Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Heyy, Niece! LLC. I'm honored to support your personal growth journey. Please review the following policies before booking. Booking & Payment: Full payment is required to confirm all appointments, workshops, memberships, and programs. Membership payments are due according to the selected payment plan. Discovery Calls: One complimentary 30-minute Discovery Call is available for new clients to determine if coaching is the right fit. This call does not include coaching services. Rescheduling: Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may be treated as a late cancellation. Late Arrivals: Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be considered a no-show and the session may be forfeited. Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before an appointment and missed appointments are non-refundable. Membership sessions missed without proper notice are considered used. Memberships: Membership benefits, discounts, and coaching sessions are available only during the active membership period and do not roll over unless otherwise stated. Refunds: Coaching sessions, memberships, workshops, digital products, journals, workbooks, and event registrations are non-refundable. If Heyy, Niece! LLC cancels a service, you may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund. Text Support: Text support is available only for Auntie's Faves members during normal business hours. Responses are typically provided within one business day and are not intended for emergencies. Coaching Disclaimer: Heyy, Niece! LLC provides coaching and educational services only. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or crisis intervention and is not a substitute for licensed mental health care.
