Not HER, but YOU! The honest, evolving, figuring-it-out version.

Rooted in the wisdom of aunties, big sisters, mentors, and lived experience, Heyy, Niece! blends self-awareness, reflection, and practical tools to support personal growth and emotional wellness. This isn’t about fixing you. It’s about helping you hear yourself more clearly, trust your voice, and move with intention.

Through coaching, workshops, journals, group conversations, and digital resources, Heyy, Niece! encourages women to pause, reset, and reimagine what’s possible—on their own terms.

About the Founder

Trey Chevon is a School Psychologist, self-actualization coach, mentor, and public speaker committed to helping women and girls step into lives rooted in clarity, confidence, and emotional wellness.

For over two decades, Trey has supported children, teens, families, and educators through her work in mental and behavioral health. She’s known for her ability to break down tough concepts into real, relatable guidance—and for always showing up with warmth, honesty, and that unmistakable Auntie vibe. Not just any Auntie, your FAVE Auntie!

Her passion for uplifting women and girls runs deep. Through coaching, workshops, and her nonprofit initiatives, Trey advocates for self-care, and identity development as essential ingredients for thriving.

Heyy, Niece! is her heart project—born from years of conversations, coaching moments, and “pull up a seat, let’s talk” wisdom she has poured into young women throughout her career.

Our Why

Growing up can feel confusing, overwhelming, and lonely—especially for girls navigating pressures around identity, relationships, and self-worth.

Too often, our girls don’t have a safe, affirming place to ask questions, process emotions, or receive guidance that gets them. Heyy, Niece! exists to fill that gap.
